Fix a bug that perlbrew failed to resolve version number when dist path contain "perl5"
The csh support is a wonderful piece of work by matzsoft,
that means csh users can also quickly use different perl versions in the shell, without
resorting a sub-shell. Big appreciate to mazsoft :-).
